What is the Ghana R Conference 2026?
Ghana R Conference is an annual flagship national convening organised by The Ghana R users Community for analysts, researchers, technologists, data professionals, developers, academics, entrepreneurs, and students who use or are interested in R.
The 2026 edition of the conference, Ghana R Conference 2026, is themed:
"Ghana Digitalization Drive: Transforming the AI Ecospace of Ghana with R Software"
As Ghana continues its journey toward a digitally empowered future, the role of R as a tool for data science, machine learning, AI, and evidence-based decision-making has never been more important. This conference provides a unique national platform to explore how R is being used to build intelligent systems, shape policy, support industry transformation, and enable academic and research excellence across sectors.

The conference will take place at Teachers Hall GNAT Hostel located behind the Information and Communication Services Department Headquarters near Accra Technical Institute. This venue offers a comfortable and collaborative environment for conference activities. The venue is easily accessible from major transportation hubs in Accra.
