The Ghana R Users Community is the national hub for all R User Groups in Ghana. We are a registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to building a strong, collaborative network of R users through local city chapters, training events, and national engagements.

Founded in 2022, we grew from the early Accra R User Group (started in 2016 and revived in 2019). Today, we serve as the umbrella body supporting and coordinating city-based R communities, while promoting the use of R for solving real-world challenges across sectors like health, education, research, and governance.
